Intermediate District 287 is looking for a Special Education Music Teacher (ASD or EBD) for our West Education Center located in Minnetonka, MN! This position will teach special education students grades 9-12 and our Transition program (students aged 18-22).

- Small class sizes - typically 6-8 students per class

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary is based on the Local 2209 Salary Schedule A
- Tier 3 or 4 ASD or EBD license may be eligible for $3000 signing bonus!!

Requirements:
- Interested in candidates who are: diverse, bilingual, or have experience working with diverse populations.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Current teaching license in Special Ed (EBD or ASD) and Music (classroom, vocal, or instrumental), OR a valid license in another subject area & willing to get an Out of Field license
- If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 Teaching License in both EBD/ASD and Music
